Tank water heaters are generally warranted for six years though they often last longer. We can convert your existing electric water heater to gas providing the new water heater can be properly vented in its current location (moving a water heater to a new location will require a plumber*).

On-Demand water heaters are growing in popularity. Installation may require a larger gas line from the meter to the appliance. If you have an existing gas water heater and would like to switch to On-Demand, a different venting system will need to be installed.
