To request an in-home bid, you can contact us by e-mail from this site or call Lynne in the office at 1-360-835-3516. Office hours are 9:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays) An answering machine is available 24 hours a day if you want to leave a message at any time. We do our best to return calls promptly.

Our FREE bid process is designed to allow for plenty of time to answer all your questions regarding the project you have in mind. We will assist you in appliance selection if you have unusual fireplace sizes or locations for appliances. Because we come to your home and actually see the area for the work you want done, we will give you a completed bid, not just a wishy-washy estimate, for the job to be done. Our bids are itemized, providing you with options for complete jobs or, the do-it-yourselfer, you can decide how much of the work you want us to do and how much you would prefer to do yourself. Where necessary, bids will include local permit costs and sales tax. Our goal: no hidden costs or surprises!

Because we do not charge for the time we spend with you, we do structure our bid schedule as close to our work schedule as possible. Bids are done early mornings, on lunch hours and during afternoon or early evening hours. We will agree upon a specific time to meet on the bid date, so you are not kept waiting. We know your time is valuable, too!
